2016 Supergirl Pro

Last weekend saw the 2016 Paul Mitchell Supergirl Pro held at Oceanside, California.

The Supergirl Pro is the World's largest female surf event and festival. Featuring all the top female surfers from around the world including two Kiwi's Ella Williams and Paige Hareb. 

Both Ella and Paige surfed well but went out in the 4th and 6th rounds respectively. Before Malia Manuel and Coco Ho both from Hawai battled it out in the final, with Coco Ho taking the winners cheque (US$10k) and jumping 17 spots in the overall rankings. Ozzies Laura Enever and Carissa Moore finished tied for 3rd. Check the vid below for a recap of all the best bits from an epic event!
