What materials are your shades made of?


All of our shades are made from an extremely lightweight and durable polycarbonate composite. The material ensures that your frames won't warp or lose shape in either extreme hot or cold environments. All lenses are polycarbonate, impact resistant, and feature 100% UV400 protection. All lenses are FDA Approved impact resistant and block 100% of all UV-A and UV-B rays. Nearly all of our sunglasses have polarized lenses.

All of our colored lenses have mirror-coated reflective layers that limit the amount of light entering your eyes, so you're more comfortable in bright conditions. The outside color of our mirror-coated lenses does not affect your color perception of the world around you. 


What are Polarized sunglasses? What is UV400 protection?

All of our shades come with UV400 protection. UV 400 is the highest level of protection your sunglasses lenses can have. They are able to block 99-100% of harmful rays from the sun to keep your eyes safe. 

Polarized lenses have an additional anti-reflective coating of film on them that help make your vision more comfortable by reducing reflected light such as glares you get from the sun. Someone way smarter than us could probably explain how, but Polarized lenses help eliminate reflections on the water, snow, pavement, car hoods, you name it.

How often do you drop new products?


We're constantly brainstorming ideas for new shades and we strive to bring you guys the freshest color combos imaginable and the fastest pace we can. If you think you have a great idea for the next big thing for us to try out, shoot us an email. We'd love to put it up on the drawing board.

When do you ship orders?

We ship orders Monday through Friday and we'll try our best to get your order shipped out ASAP (within 3 business days). During sale events and promotions, please allow up to 4 extra business days for us to get your order out. Our standard shipping option (New Zealand Couriers ) takes about 3-4 business days.  


Where do you ship?

We ship our shades using CourierPost, with New Zealand’s most extensive delivery network. Whether you're placing an order from Ahipara, Waipiro Bay, Papatowai or your secret spot, we'll make sure you're able to get properly Blended.


International Shipping Details:

We ship to Australia using NZ Post's International Air Satchel Tracked (non signature), Estimated delivery 6-12 working days. Or NZ Post's International Courier (tracked with signature), Estimated delivery 6-8 working days.


What mail carrier do you use?

We ship our shades using CourierPost & NZ Couriers with New Zealand’s most extensive delivery network.


Will I be able to track my package?

Yes, if you have any concerns about delays in your shipment contact sales@blenderseyewear.co.nz quoting your order number, name and contact details and we will provide you with a tracking number so you can see how soon you will be Blending. 


How much does domestic shipping cost?

We offer FREE shipping on all NZ orders!



Having Problems With Your Blenders?

If you do have an issue with our product or our team, we'll do everything in our power to take care of you fairly and reasonably. Before you become 'volcano-angry', shoot us an email at product@blenderseyewear.co.nz We too will hop a train to Yokohama (figuratively) and bow on your floor 'till things are right. Our job is to get you Blending, bragging to your friends, and generally #FeelinGood!


Do you accept returns and exchanges?

We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your order you can exchange it for another product within 14 days of purchase, provided that:

  • The item has not been worn
  • The product is returned in its original packaging with tags attached
  • Return authorisation is included in the return package

If you wish to arrange a product exchange on an eligible item contact our Customer Service team product@blenderseyewear.co.nz

Eligible items may be exchanged for a similar or higher priced product available. If replacement item is of greater value than original purchase the consumer must pay the price difference. All additional shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.

All you have to do to arrange a product exchange or return on an eligible item contact our Customer Service team product@blenderseyewear.co.nz who will get a little bit of info from you and issue a return authorisation number for you to include when you ship the product(s) back to our headquarters at:

Is there a warranty on my glasses if they break?

We take each scenario case by case. Email product@blenderseyewear.co.nz with pictures and an explanation of the damage and we'll do our very best to take care of you! 




Can I get a group discount on matching pairs for my friends?

Have a group event coming up? You'll look better if you're all rocking Blendz. We'd be happy to set you up with group discount. Just shoot an email to carl@blenderseyewear.co.nz with more info about your event.
